1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Millenium Echo ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the mobile game DRIVIN (the "Game") and the milleniumecho.com website. By downloading, accessing or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment and not for commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. Some features, such as cloud save and achievements, use your platform account (for example Google Play Games). You are responsible for your device, your platform account and all activity under your in-game profile, and for choosing a nickname that complies with Section 6.
4. Virtual items and currency
- The Game includes virtual currencies and items, including DP. Virtual currency can be earned through gameplay and can also be purchased as an in-app purchase.
- Virtual currencies and items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not transferable outside the Game.
- Purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the Game, and refunds are handled under that store's rules and applicable law.
- We may adjust, rebalance or discontinue virtual items and currencies as part of operating and developing the Game.
5. Advertising
The Game displays third-party advertising, which helps keep it free to play. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and does not represent our endorsement.
6. Player conduct
You agree that you will not:
- cheat, use bots, scripts, mods, exploits or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
- disrupt multiplayer sessions or other players' experience, or interfere with the Game's servers and services;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive nicknames or content;
- reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Game's source code except where permitted by law;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of app store rules.
We may suspend or permanently restrict access to the Game or its online features for violations of this section, including removing progress or items obtained through cheating.
7. User content
Where the Game lets you create or customize content, such as nicknames or vehicle customization, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use that content for operating and promoting the Game. You must have the rights to any content you create and it must not infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, audio, vehicles, names and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The DRIVIN name and logo are trademarks of Millenium Echo. Vehicles in the Game are fictional and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any real-world manufacturer.
9. Third-party platforms and services
The Game is distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play, and uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. These Terms are between you and us only, and platform providers are not responsible for the Game.
10. Updates, availability and online features
The Game is under active development. We may update, change or remove features, and updates may be required to keep playing. Online features, including multiplayer, depend on network availability and third-party services and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. The Game may be unavailable during maintenance.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required for legal, security or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 4, 8, 12 and 13, will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millenium Echo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
